A disruption of cultural norms through the empowered depiction of women who defy stereotypes. Through black and white portraits, I portrayed the intersection of strength and vulnerability, offering a nuanced portrayal of the female experience and a juxtaposition to the male gaze.

Hi! I’m Milena Bennett - artist at heart, art director & designer by trade.
I grew up dabbling in more mediums than I can count, from design to dance, and eventually, photography. After years behind the camera, I discovered my passion for creating the big picture.
I bring the skillset of an interdisciplinary designer, the perspective of an artist, and the grit of a bartender. I specialize in photo/video content, but can adapt to just about any design request given the right music and an overpriced cortado.
Previous employers have referred to me as “a Swiss army knife”, my colleagues call me “the designated DJ”, but you can call me Mila.
